great access to beautiful parks and charming downtown strolls

I loved starting each day with a full breakfast and taking a short stroll down to the water. the area is incredibly beautiful, especially along the lake where you can walk downtown and explore nearby attractions like Zoll Street Beach, just 500 meters away, and the charming galleries just a bit further.

My room in the west wing was super spacious with a comfy bed and a large bathroom area. The nice patio was a great touch too. I loved grabbing coffee and walking down to the water each morning. The lobby and porch were beautifully updated, and breakfast had plenty of delicious choices.

The jacuzzi room was beautiful, but the overcooked breakfast was disappointing.

Just a balanced option for a mini-vacation in Harbor Springs with high value for money. The staff was very nice and efficient, making my stay enjoyable. Tip, plan your luggage arrangements as there’s no elevator.

The stay was quite enjoyable, with a charming old inn feel that really added to our experience. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony porch overlooking the grounds and pool, which made morning coffee delightful. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to nearby shops and the waterfront. However, the breakfast could use some improvement, as the food quality didn't match the hotel's overall charm.

A highlight was the wonderful full breakfast offering local meats and various options. However, housekeeping was lacking. there was no toilet paper upon arrival, and towels appeared stained. Additionally, the distance to town made it inconvenient for dining options.

Those little details kept me from rating it higher. Yet, the charming atmosphere and proximity to downtown definitely made up for it.
